Hi, I’m Emma

The name Radiant Life reflects what I hope clients achieve through our work—a life rooted in compassion, authenticity, and freedom from limiting beliefs.

I help individuals and couples return to their authentic selves and relearn how to trust their inner wisdom. My approach is compassionate, curious, and warm. I don’t believe anyone needs to be “fixed.” Instead, I believe we all need space to understand what inside us and within our relationships feels unsafe and needs nurturing. I believe when these scared parts of ourselves feel safe and seen, we make room for our most authentic self to emerge.

Even though I don’t take a “fixing” or surface-level problem-solving approach, I am far from a passive, “smile and nod” therapist. You can expect me to be fully engaged, collaborative, and willing to go into the trenches with you. I ask thoughtful questions, integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices, and bring an active, experiential presence into our work.

Many of my clients share that they’ve never experienced therapy quite like this and that they value the depth, engagement, and variety of the sessions. If you are looking for a therapeutic approach that goes deeper than the surface, I welcome you to reach out for a consultation.

What I offer,

Indoor living room with a large potted fiddle leaf fig plant, a mustard-colored sofa with a decorative pillow, a dark green sofa with a patterned pillow, and an open laptop on the sofa.

Uncover the underlying issues driving problematic patterns of behavior, such as trauma, negative core beliefs, or emotional challenges. Through this process, clients gain deeper self-awareness and develop healthier ways to navigate their lives.

Digital weekly planner on tablet screen with a stylus placed on the side, featuring sections for schedule, to-do list, gratitude list, and notes.

Personalized support for clients actively working to challenge their eating disorder behaviors. Through tailored recovery resources, practical advice, and compassionate guidance, clients gain tools to navigate their recovery journey.

Meal support is a structured, therapist-guided session where we share a meal or snack together to help you practice nourishing yourself in a safe, supportive environment. It’s designed for those in recovery from an eating disorder, often as part of ongoing work with a therapist, dietitian, or treatment team.
